Students in Mrs. Jahr’s 7th grade Social Studies class created personal Coat of Arms while studying Medieval Europe.

RMS Green Club had their last meeting of the year this afternoon. Members planted flowers to take home 🌸 Members also took home a reusable tumbler, a reusable food storage bag, and few stickers. Congratulations to the Middle School for receiving Evergreen status as they continue to be a Green School. Lastly, congratulations to Ms. Walla and Ms. Turpin for receiving two grants to put to use for next year! ♻️

This Week in Blue Devil Athletics

Golden Grizzly inbound! RHS Senior Lainee Wagner commits to the Oakland University Track team. Lainee was a 4-year letter-winner for the Blue Devil Track and Field team! #GoBlueDevils

Mrs Hutchinson's class wrapped up the week at the One Room Schoolhouse today. It was a great experience for all!

Mr. Clendennin's homeroom took their trip to One Room Schoolhouse yesterday!

It was another busy Wednesday in RHS Athletics. Varsity and JV Baseball hosted Cros-Lex. Before the Varsity game, members of the Deamons Little League team were introduced. Varsity and JV Softball hosted Dakota in a pair of exciting games. Girls Soccer traveled to Armada and played the Tigers to a tie. Girls Tennis capped off their season at the MHSAA Regional at Liggett. And the Freshman Baseball team was on the road at L'anse Creuse.

Students from Mrs Hutchinson's class enjoyed the beautiful day working on non fiction text.

Attention 2023-24 Sophomores: The Junior Leadership program is open to any Macomb County resident entering their junior year of high school in September 2024. It offers a wide range of opportunities including career exploration, job shadowing experiences, leadership development, and the chance to connect with local leaders in Macomb County. 100% of the 300+ graduates say they would recommend the program Applications, schedules, and more information can be found on Leadership Macomb's website https://leadershipmacomb.org/. The deadline to apply is May 24th.

Mrs. Mayer’s 7th grade scientists have been hard at work completing their Synthetic Materials research projects! Everyone did a fantastic job creating their posters and presenting what they learned about their chosen material to their classmates!
