
6-7-8 grade students: There will be an informational meeting for Yearbook Staff next Tuesday October 8 after school in Room 300. The meeting will end at 3:30. If you are interested in being on the Yearbook Staff this year, you must attend this meeting. There is a sign up sheet outside the office.

October is National Principals' Month! We are excited to celebrate our favorite principals: Ms. Andrea Szabo, Richmond High School; Ms. Jennifer Marella, Richmond Middle School; Mrs. Heidi Mangune, Will L. Lee Elementary. We appreciate all you do for our schools!!

Gaige Towner - Varsity Football
Gaige leads the team in several statistical categories, including OL pancakes and defensive tackles for loss. He has embraced his expanded role as a two-way starter for the Blue Devils
Jaelyn Jozwiak - Varsity Girls Golf.
Jaelyn took home the individual BWAC championship title, posting a score of 89. She was consistently one of the best golfers through league play and earned First Team All-BWAC recognition for her efforts.

This evening, the administration received a call from OK2SAY, stating a HS student posted a threatening message on social media. Richmond Police went to the student's home. The parents of the student have been told by the police that the student can not be at school until further notice. School will be open on Monday.

Sixth graders in Mrs. Walla's class practiced adding and multiplying decimals while using money. Students wished the money was real! 💰









Fridays is “Semantris” day in 6th grade Informational Text class with Ms. Churchill. Semantris is an online word association game powered by machine learning! Research shows that engaging in word association activities can boost language acquisition and enhance ability to recall. Plus it’s fun!!





5th graders in Mrs. Buchanan’s Science class used Quiz-Quiz-Trade to review vocabulary before their quiz on Earth’s rotation.








Mrs. Walla's Algebraic Thinking students completed a short board game of evaluating expressions and a quiz-quiz-trade on writing expressions.
