The Richmond Education Foundation (REF) was founded in June 2012 and consist of individuals from the community who are seeking to enhance the Richmond Community Schools education programs in areas not generally covered by the regular school budget. One of those ways is through scholarships.
Thus, the Richmond Education Foundation has created a scholarship for graduating seniors who desire to further their education at a post-secondary school (e.g., college, university, trade school, etc.) of their choice.

Scholarship applications must be in a sealed envelope AND received by 3:30pm on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Award recipients will be announced at Richmond High School's Convocation Awards in May.
