As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we want to ensure that your child’s laptop is protected with Safeware Laptop Insurance. This insurance covers the entire school year for $39.80 and includes the following benefits:

  • No Deductibles

  • Coverage for Parts & Labor

  • Accidental Damage

  • Drops and Falls

  • Cracked Screens

  • Broken Hinges

  • Keyboard Damage

  • Liquid Spills

To enroll, please follow these steps:

  1. Enrollment Period: The open enrollment period starts on 09/01/24 and ends on 09/30/24.

  2. Enrollment Website: Visit partner.safeware.com/Open-Enrollment to complete your registration.

  3. Required Information:

    • District ID: DIST0100

    • Laptop Serial Number: This can be found on the bottom or backside of the laptop and starts with 5CG. For example, the serial number might look like 5CG11034YL.

Laptops will be distributed to students during the first week of school. Once you receive your child’s laptop, locate the serial number and proceed with the enrollment process online.
