Richmond Community Schools is excited to offer before, during, and after-school childcare options for families. Our Childcare Center is located in the Early Learning Childhood Center (ELCC) within Will L. Lee Elementary School. The Childcare Center is available for students ages 3 to 12. Children must be toilet trained to attend the Childcare Center.

Hours of Operations

6:30-7:50 a.m. - Before-school session

10:50-2:50 p.m. - During-the-day session

2:50-6:00 p.m. - After-school session

11:15-6:00 p.m. - Half Day of School Session

Hourly Rate

The childcare rate for the 2024-25 school year is $4.50 per hour. Beginning with the 2025-26 school year, the childcare rate will be $5.00 per hour.

Registration Fee

For the 2024-25 school year, there is a one-time Registration Fee, per child, of $25.00. Beginning with the 2025-26 school year, the one-time Registration Fee, per child, will be $30.00.

The Registration Fee is utilized for program supplies and materials.

Procare

Enjoy the convenience of paying your childcare tuition on the go through the integration of Tuition Express® and MyProcare®. Families can access account balances and payment history at any time.
