All notes, assignments, and assessments will be posted in Schoology. Materials can be found in the blue “Weekly Lesson Materials” folder at the bottom of the Schoology page for my class. Students are able to click on the week they need and find the agenda for that week along with any additional assignments or resources that may have been used in class!

Classes:
I am highly qualified to teach 6th-12th grade mathematics and biology.  I am currently teaching resource room math at Richmond High School.

Education Experience:
Degree: Master of Arts in Learning Disabilities
College: Eastern Michigan University
Currently completing
😊

Degree: Bachelor of Science
College: Madonna University
Major/Minor: Major in Mathematics and Minor in Biology

Degree: Associate of Science
College: St. Clair County Community College

I started teaching in 2019.

I became a teacher because the teachers I have had in my life have made a lifelong impact on my life. I wanted to give that same experience to students. Being a special education teacher allows me to create a positive learning environment for students that may not like math for a variety of reasons. I hope to help all of my students learn that they CAN do math!

Outside the Classroom:
I’m spending time with family and friends, in the kitchen trying new recipes, crafting, or relaxing and ENJOYING LIFE!
